The Art of Sacred Tending
Bodywork sessions based upon a foundation of Craniosacral Therapy. This gentle hands-on approach is about touching the spirit through the form and experiencing true healing through re-weaving this inherent connection. These sessions benefit anyone who needs a space to rest, reset and receive care. If you are facing a challenge to your wellbeing — mental, physical, emotional or spiritual — that is asking you to meet yourself deeper, these sessions provide a place to be held and nurtured in the process of finding your wings, your way, and your inner wisdom.
WELLNESS
The commissioning of a custom beaded adornment is a guided journey of ceremonial collaboration. Together, we co-design a pair of power earrings — a talisman of support, beauty and blessing to honour your life story and remind you of who you are. The power lays in the process, the divine lives in the design and you receive a tangible representation of the colours of your soul song. This is a journey through the sacred spiral — connecting with the coiled energy that is ready to emerge and express itself through you. It is hard to put my experiences with Alicia into words. Our healings and sits with tea are stored as images and impressions: light, warmth, depth. The feeling of growing grass and running water and the smell of freshly turned earth. There are greens, golds, and deep, impossible blues, slick like river clay. Over the years I've moved through so many shifts with Alicia and Tea and her grounded, nourishing healing presence. Craniosacral therapy has been an effective go-to modality for my system. I get so much out of her specific way of offering Cranio as she's also willing to open up into a wider energetic healing lens. Because of this, I've been able to experience deeper emotional releases and intellectual realizations that are important to integrating a new way of being in my world (inner and outer). I love getting to experience her beautiful tea ceremonies as well. This is another show of her incredible capacity for holding space for a range of processing and transformations.
